40 Wirtschafts- und MeinungsführerInnen aus der Schweiz verpflichten sich gemeinsam zu «Gender Equality»-Zielen

Im Vergleich zu anderen Ländern liegt die Schweiz weit abgeschlagen, wenn es um die Vertretung von Frauen in Führungsetagen geht. Im Vorfeld zum Internationalen Tag der Frau vom 8. März 2017 rief Advance deshalb dazu auf, Ziele und Massnahmen zur Verbesserung dieser Situation zu formulieren – und fand Gehör: 40 CEOs und MeinungsführerInnen verpflichteten sich öffentlich zu «Gender Equality»-Zielen. Die Qualität von Führung spielt in Zukunft eine entscheidende Rolle für den Erfolg von Unternehmen. 

Und ein Element diese Qualität zu erhöhen ist Diversität. Sprich: Frauen verstärkt im Management von Unternehmen zu berücksichtigen. 

Ich bin überzeugt, das erhöht die Innovation und Vielfältigkeit von Lösungen und Führungsentscheidungen. Darum habe ich zusammen mit meiner Geschäftsleitung beschlossen, ein Programm zu starten, das Frauen in Führungsposition verstärkt. 

Das Programm besteht aus drei Elementen: 

Erstens: In jeder Rekrutierung sind Frauen zu berücksichtigen Sie haben den Anspruch, solche Positionen auch wahrnehmen zu können. 

Zweitens: Stereotypen ist eine klare Absage zu erteilen. Frauen erhöhen die Qualität in der Führung. Das ist völlig klar und alle anderen Meinungen sind veraltet. 

Drittens: Wir brauchen ein Programm, um Frauen zu motivieren Führungspositionen anzustreben. Das ist nicht immer einfach mit Themen wie zum Beispiel der Familie. Dafür müssen wir flexible Einsatzmöglichkeiten schaffen, die Frauen – wie erwähnt – motivieren. 

Ich bin überzeugt, dass dadurch die Führung von uns als Arbeitgeber massiv verbessert werden kann.

Wir wollen den Frauenanteil im Management weiter erhöhen. Ein Hebel dafür ist die Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Privatleben. Nicht nur für Frauen, sondern gerade auch für Männer. Wir brauchen Männer als Vorbilder, die als Führungskräfte 80 bis 90 Prozent arbeiten. Deshalb stehe ich für die aktive Förderung von Teilzeit bei Männern und Frauen im Management ein. Bis Ende 2017 wollen wir den Teilzeitanteil im Management auf 11% erhöhen.

Nous entendons continuer à augmenter la part de femmes exerçant des fonctions dirigeantes. Un levier pour y parvenir consiste à favoriser la conciliation entre vie professionnelle et vie privée. Pas seulement pour les femmes, mais précisément aussi pour les hommes. Nous avons besoin que les hommes montrent l'exemple, en exerçant leur activité de cadre à un taux d'occupation de 80 à 90%. C'est pourquoi je veille à une promotion active du temps partiel chez les hommes et les femmes assumant des fonctions dirigeantes. Nous sommes résolus à accroître la part du temps partiel chez les cadres à 11% d'ici à la fin 2017.

Vogliamo continuare ad aumentare la quota delle donne nel management. Una leva è costituita dalla conciliabilità tra lavoro e vita privata. Non solo per le donne ma proprio anche per gli uomini. Abbiamo bisogno di uomini che diano l'esempio, che in qualità di dirigenti lavorino all'80 fino al 90 percento. Per questa ragione sono a favore della promozione attiva del lavoro a tempo parziale tra gli uomini e le donne nel management. Entro fine 2017 vogliamo aumentare la quota di lavoro a tempo parziale all'11 percento nel management.
